Adam Eggleston, DVM

I’m a small animal vet in Southern Michigan. I graduated from Michigan State University (Fisheries and Wildlife) and the University of Florida (DVM), with a primary interest in surgery and client education.

Why I’m Here

 Veterinarians are members of your community, yet I often see a disconnect between pet owners and us online. I started this page to share the reality of veterinary medicine—the good, the bad, and the messy—to help clear up confusion and build better relationships.

Behind the Scenes

When I’m not in surgery or dealing with the less glamorous parts of the job (yes, anal glands included), I enjoy playing guitar, fishing, disc golfing, and hunting. My wife and I also run T&A Family Farms, where our many dogs, cats, geese, rabbits, chickens, ducks outnumber us, and 2 kids
